"At First Glance" provides a variety of services for realtors, sellers, buyers and those who are interested in room make-overs and even holiday decorating. Whether you are looking to sell your home or just give it a new look, we can help.

Consultations are offered to realtors and sellers looking for specific ideas and instructions on how to present a house in the best possible way in order to MAKE THAT SALE!

The consultation may take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours and will cover all aspects of the areas that need to be addressed, including paint, repairs, removing excess items and providing focus points for each room, including the outside entryway, and giving specific instructions on where to place furniture, accessories and how to eliminate clutter. Consultations are verbally provided to the seller so it is important that they take detailed notes. A written consultation is available for an additional fee. A consultation does not include the actual staging of the home, this is up to the owner to do.

Staging Services consist of the Home Staging Professional re-arranging furniture, eliminating clutter, creating focal points and playing on the home's strong points while down playing the weak areas. The staging can include the entire house or just a room or two. The stager will use what the home owner has available in most cases, however there may be times that additional props are brought in to increase the appeal of a room. The whole idea of staging is to create in the potential buyer the idea of "WOW, I want this house!" and to MAKE THE SALE!

Room Make-Overs are provided to anyone that just wants to make improvements, re-decorate or change a specific area of their home. Whether you are considering selling or have decided to stay put, a room make-over can add warmth, interest and comfort to an area that has been neglected or just needs a new look.

The Stager will first give an on-site consultation with the home owner to find out preferences in styles, colors and themes. If it is decided that rooms need to be painted or repairs made, the Stager will offer options and ideas for "do it yourself" or hiring outside services. Budget will also be discussed and once an agreement is made the Stager will go to work!

Holiday & Party Decorating is another area At First Glance offers. With busy schedules and limited time, more and more people are looking to Decorators and Designers to decorate rooms, yards and even the entire home for holidays and special occasions. At First Glance will work with you and your budget to create that special look for your home.

Decorating for the holidays takes time and planning and so it will be important to schedule well ahead of time. We ask that if you are looking for special decorations or themes that you call at least six weeks to a month ahead. At First Glance will use your decorations or provide items that you may purchase or rent for the season.
